Shipping Policy
Where do we ship?
We ship within the continental US. We currently do not ship to the following regions: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Guam, and the Northern Mariana Islands.
How much does shipping cost?
Orders under $100 incur a $10 flat shipping fee per order. Orders over $100 qualify for free shipping. Please note the $10 fee is nonrefundable once shipped.
How long is delivery?
On average, delivery takes 7-15Â business days. We typically dispatch goods within 2-3 days, but exact transit times depend on logistics. (Note: Pre-sale products' delivery times vary.)
Can I change my delivery address after shipping?
Unfortunately, we can't alter shipments once en route. Contact our Support Team at service@AirBonsai.us to change the address before shipping begins.
